Governor Ducey has long been considered a proponent of WILDHORSE supportive action.
No more, apparently. Ducey seems to have aligned himself with those who would see American wild horse and donkey populations decimated across the board — much to the consternation of those who counted on him to bring protections to Arizona’s wild horse and donkey populations.
